Accessing Trips Through the Calendar

  • Click on the Calendar tab at the top of the page.
  • The calendar may be blank when you open it for the first time. You will need to select a Location from the Location drop down box (or select ORGANIZATION WIDE if you need to view all Locations) and then click Refresh Calendar.
  • The calendar will then populate with the appropriate trips. You can also select your name in the Driver drop down to only show your assigned trips.

 

 

  • You will see Trip ID Numbers and Titles listed on the calendar. Click on these links to view the trip ticket details.

 

 

  • From this page you can view the Trip Schedule details. You can also use the Shortcuts links at the top of the page to enter Trip Transactions (odometer readings or purchase transactions), get a print preview of your Driver Trip Ticket, or get a print preview of Driving Directions. Click the printer icon on the print preview screen to send it to your printer.
